Flickr occasionally turns off access to the site for client applications, usually when some maintenance is happening. In this case, there is nothing wrong with FlickrExport. Please wait until Flickr re-enables access for client applications. This usually happens within 12-24 hours. If this error persists beyond that, please contact support.
