Connected Flow releases Viewfinder 1.0

Connected Flow, Ltd. today announced the release and immediate availability of Viewfinder 1.0. Viewfinder is a new Mac OS X application that dramatically simplifies the process of finding and using high-quality photographs.
Building on Connected Flow's expertise in integrating Flickr and Mac OS X, Viewfinder provides access to Flickr's four billion images in a powerful and simple Mac OS X interface.
Viewfinder supports the user in searching for images which are available with Creative Commons licenses, allowing sorting by relevance, most-recently-uploaded and by Flickr's 'interestingness' criteria.
Viewfinder integrates with Mac OS X by providing extensive drag and drop capabilities and one-click setting of the Desktop Picture, as well as iWork integration with one-click downloading into a Keynote presentation.
Viewfinder is built on top of the powerful new technologies in Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard, and is available for all 32- and 64-bit Intel-based Macs.
Viewfinder is launching at the introductory price of £15. The regular price of £19 will come into force when Viewfinder 1.1 is released. Volume and educational discounts will be available at that time.

Connected Flow acquires Changes.app from Skorpiostech

Connected Flow, Ltd. today announced the acquisition of the powerful file and folder comparison application Changes from Skorpiostech.
"I'm excited to announce the acquisition of a great Mac application", said Fraser Speirs, Director of Connected Flow. "Changes has been used in the development of all Connected Flow products since it shipped in late 2007, so it's great to have the app in-house."
Changes is a powerful application for comparing folders and the files they contain. Anyone who needs to see the differences between folders or files - particularly software and web developers - will find Changes useful.
